staff and service were excellent. it was so close to holbrook city center. nice bed, a cable tv with hbo and a writing desk in the room. moreover, there was free wi fi available. we appreciated it.

Best motel experience. A microwave and a refrigerator in our room was a big plus. Not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Liked customer service too...

The clerk was very friendly and the room was nice for the price. The restaurant was fantastic for both dinner and breakfast.
The only complaint is the water smells.

It's location about half an hour from the Petrified Forest. The room was clean and bed comfy. It came with breakfast which was good but we added to it as quite basic. Had free wi-fi
Shabby, place need renovating, re-wiring (you had to unplug the fridge to use the microwave) . The shower head was at eye level and pretty poor dribble came out of it.

No plugs in sink or bath and although good value the hotel needs renovating.

bathroom floor was dirty. two light fixtures didn't work (weren't plugged in and one didn't work even after it was plugged in and a new bulb was tried). refrigerator wasn't cold when I got there, despite reservation. pillowcases hadn't been changed (yuck!). located practically on the train track crossing for freight trains blowing horn all night. towels were like sandpaper and "bath" towels tiny.

Place smelled bad, drain in sink didn't work well.... Towels and wash clothes were dingy. Place assigned for breakfast wasn't even open.

It´s not easy to sleep with the banging from the walls all night through.It´s maybe wibrations from the plumming - I dont know. The trains are using, what sounds like "truckerhorn", several times through the night.

The beds & pillows are comfortable & clean. the location was good for us and we liked the little restaurant. Price was good.
